"Nice colors, but a little cluttered haha"
I like the colors on the site, but the overall layout feels a bit messy to me haha. It can be kind of hard to browse, and some of the pages don’t look super clean on mobile

"I went into the store expecting a..."
I went into the store expecting a quick, normal shopping trip, but it turned into a frustrating experience. The staff seemed unsure about what was going on, and I got passed around without any clear help. After wasting a good amount of time and leaving annoyed, I really feel like this is something management needs to look into.

This is just my take, but I was a little surprised by the prices on rarerabbit.com. Some of the items definitely looked nice, and I can see why someone might like the style, but personally they didn’t feel special enough to justify the cost.

Once I started adding things up, it just seemed overpriced for what I was getting. I ended up passing because I felt like I could find similar pieces elsewhere for less. For me, it just wasn’t worth it.

"Stitching came loose after one wash"
I bought a shirt from Rare Rabbit, and to be fair, I really liked how it looked when it arrived. But after just one wash, the stitching started coming loose and there were threads hanging out in a few places. For the price, I expected better quality. Disappointed with this one

"Color was nothing like the photos"
I ordered from Rare Rabbit because the color in the pictures looked really nice, but when it arrived, it was different. The actual shade was much duller and didn’t have the same look at all, which was disappointing since that was the main reason I bought it.
I understand colors can vary a bit depending on screens and lighting, but this felt way beyond that. I also expected a faster response when I reached out about it, so the whole experience left me frustrated. I don’t think I’d order again.

"Checkout was a mess and I didn’t know what to do next"
I tried placing an order, but the checkout process was really frustrating. The page froze on me once, then my payment didn’t go through and I had to type all my details in again. What made it worse was that it wasn’t clear what I was supposed to do next, there were no helpful prompts or explanation, just sort of left guessing. After a few tries, I gave up. Definitely not a smooth buying experience.

"Website was confusing and support felt copy-pasted"
I tried browsing Rare Rabbit because I wanted to check out a few things, but the site just didn’t feel very smooth to use. Some pages loaded slower than I expected, and I ended up clicking around way more than I should have just to find basic stuff.

The layout looks decent at first, but once I started actually shopping, it got kind of frustrating. Menus weren’t super clear, product details felt a bit scattered, and when I looked for help, the support replies felt like copy-pasted answers that didn’t really address what I was asking.

It’s not the worst website I’ve used, but for online shopping I expect things to be easier and less annoying. After a while, I just gave up because it felt like too much effort for something that should’ve been simple

"Cute items, but the quality took some effort to deal with"
I ordered a pair of earrings and a small bag from rarerabbit.com. The designs were really nice and looked close to the pictures, so I was happy with that part. The packaging was decent too, nothing fancy but not bad.

That said, the quality felt a little uneven for the price. The earrings were fine, but the bag had loose threads and the zipper feels kind of flimsy. It was annoying because I had to spend time checking it properly and trimming threads, which is not something I want to deal with after ordering something new. I might buy again if there’s a good sale, but I’d think twice at full price.

"Checkout was an absolute clown show"
I tried placing an order twice, and both times the payment went through, but the site still acted like it failed. Total mess. Then I had to sit around waiting and message support, which was slow and just confusing. The whole checkout process felt broken and sloppy. I’m not using this again unless they fix that payment nonsense.

"The discount offer felt misleading"
I went to rarerabbit.com because they were showing this discount offer, it felt way better in the ad than it actually was. The code didn’t work on most of the items I liked, and even after trying it, the final price was still high. Like, why advertise a big discount if it barely applies to anything? The checkout process didn’t help either because it just made the whole thing more confusing. Felt like one of those offers meant to pull you in and then disappoint you at the last step. I’m not ordering again unless they clearly mention what the discount actually works on

"Sizing was way off"
I ordered my usual size, but it fit way tighter than expected. I even checked the size chart first, and it really didn’t help at all. I ended up having to return it, which was frustrating. it kind of made me lose trust in their sizing...
